Praise for the Under the Moonlight collection:
“Love, Love, Love this series!!!!! Always looking for new authors and I happened upon this series and am addicted. If you like Mysteries with a comical twist, you will love this series!!” J. Gilliland, Amazon reviewer.
“I bought each book separately, but your best deal is to buy the bundle, because after reading book one you will want book two then book three. MaryAnn Kempher is a very good mystery writer. She has created compelling characters and excellent mystery stories. I really enjoyed this series of books and I recommend them to you. I hope that she continues to write using many of the same characters. Enjoy!” Patty Cooper, Amazon reviewer.
Here are just some of the great reviews for Mocha, Moonlight and Murder:
I gave 5 stars because this book is so cleverly written, I was hooked from the start! I read it in 2 days because I just kept speculating about what happens next. There are a lot of romance books out there at the moment, but lets be
honest, they’re mostly all sex and little depth to the story lines. This book has it all! Romance, kinky sex, and a storyline that will keep you on the edge of your seat! There are lots of twists and turns and when you think you’ve figured it out, you soon find out you haven’t. There is an unbelievable twist towards the end that left my mouth hanging! I hate reviews that reveal too much, so I won’t say much about the twists, but I hope you’re ready to fall in love with Scott and Katherine….and Reno! The chemistry between these 2 is
sizzling hot! This author is one to look out for for sure. Looking forward to
more from her. Pkakooza
“Mocha, Moonlight and Murder is an excellent novel combining my two favourite genres – romance and mystery. I couldn’t put the book down and only wished that it was longer. I highly recommend this book – it’s an easy read which will keep you guessing right from start to finish. After reading it, I immediately tried to find out if MaryAnn had written any other books and was very disappointed that this was only her first novel (though this fact impressed me immensely). Hope to read a lot more from the author in the near future.” Akira
you wondering and totally absorbed. There is a great twist near the end and some
very funny revelations. I’d highly recommend this for a holiday read, escapism
or any spare minutes you have. But be warned you will find it hard to put down.
Excellent five star read.” Marie O’Halloran
“I loved the book and didn’t want it to end. I kept me guessing on who was trying
to kill Katherine, I think I had 3 different people as the killer, I was way off
base! I hope MaryAnn considers a sequel, it was a good read. I think MaryAnn has a promising career ahead of her. She has a great imagination, I loved it. I look forward to reading more books written by MaryAnn.” Sue Dorszynskl
“This book had me from the begining to end. It opens with a murder and while trying to find out who the killer is Katherine finds love, but lastly is the end. OH THE END. All i have to say is read it, you will never see it coming.” Paloma83
“As a person new to writing, I look for how well, and how fast I get caught up in the story. With yours it was immediately! I love the atmoshere you artfully
create. I felt like I was right there with you on that street. Looking forward to more for sure!” – Sarah O’Flynn
Praise for FOREVER DOOMED:
Great storytellers are always exciting to enjoy because they are able to give you characters that speak to you, transport you to wherever they are and leave you wanting more. That is what MaryAnn Kempher has done once again with her book FOREVER DOOMED. Though it is her second literary offering you don’t have to have read the first book, even though you will revisit some of the characters (namely Scott and Katherine) she introduced you to in MOCHA, MOONLIGHT AND MURDER. Thankfully we also meet others along this journey of fun, foul play and folly— helping you sail through the book in no time.
This book contains a cruise ship named FOREVER, but don’t expect this book to last that long. Once you begin you will not want it to end, so get prepared for a literary adventure. Kudos to the author for another job well done. Cyrus Webb, Vine voice and Top 1000 Reviewer
This second book from MaryAnn Kempher was a TOTAL BLAST to read…..The characters are so entertaining. One minute you are giggling, and the next you are wondering “who did it??”
Katherine and Scott from Mocha, Moonlight, and Murder are in this book, but you do not have to read the first book to read this one (But it is equally entertaining), Scott’s family is on the ship for a wedding. There are two elderly ladies (NeNe and GaGa), they were so much fun. Detective Jack Haney works the cruise for his friend as head of security when all the craziness begins. There is murder that takes place, and Jack has a to find out who is behind it. He has his hands full.
This book would be a great book to add to any collection, for yourself or for your friends. It would make an excellent gift. Yvonne.
